When Jasmin came into this world her survival was against all odds. Right there in the hospital the doctors were saying that she would not live because she was born two months premature. 

 

Her mother would look at her little frail hands and say with love. She will be playing the piano with these fingers. Those words of faith spoke into her life, like a prayer. Jasmin's musical adventures began at the age of three when she started singing and playing the piano for her family well before she could even make full sentences. It soon became evident that God was getting her ready for a calling in music. People were surprised, how she could be so musical, and they would say, It must be God given. 

 

She would improvise and play all the songs of her nursery and perform in the kindergarten, later giving concerts around Armenia as a pianist. I always knew there was a God, and His hand was protecting me since I was a child, says Jasmin. Jasmin graduated with a Masters Degree from the Conservatory of Classical Music in Armenia, playing the music of Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, and others by memory. 

 

In 2000 Jasmin relocated to perform daily at the world famous seven-star Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai, UAE. Here she performed as a solo resident pianist for the world's rich and famous including notable guests like, Michael Jackson, 50 Cent, the President of Armenia and many others. While under a five-year contract in Dubai, Jasmin begun composing and recording her original songs. 

 In 2006, Jasmin moved to Canada with her husband and released her first original debut instrumental album in 2008, Drop Of Love, which earned 2 GMA (Gospel Music Association) Canada nominations for Instrumental Album of the Year and Instrumental Song of the Year. After recording Drop Of Love, Jasmin continued songwriting and composing lyrics for her next album, while training her voice with Spencer Welch using Speech Level Singing techniques. 

 Building upon her training, Jasmin joined the Praise & Worship Team at her local church in live singing performances.  In 2009, she recorded her original vocal album with talented producer Cody Osborne at Platinum Tracks Studios in Vancouver, BC. 

June 2009, Jasmin released her debut vocal album, All Things Are Possible and her debut music video off the album’s first track, My Heart With Joy, filmed in Armenia at the base of the biblical Mount Ararat. 

 All Things Are Possible received 3 nominations from the 2009 GMA Awards Canada in the categories of: Inspirational Album of the Year, CD/DVD Artwork of the Year and Music Video of the Year, for My Heart With Joy.   Jasmin was awarded her first GMA Covenant Award in the category of Instrumental Song of the Year for Eastern Grace, which has since been added to the Drop Of Love album as a bonus track. 

 Jasmin has performed live in Canada, USA, The Middle East and Eastern Europe. Her songs and interviews have been featured on TBN Russia, CNL, ICFN and other TV and Radio Stations. She showcased at the GMA Canada 2009 held in Calgary, Alberta and she continues to create gospel music about love for God and family, songs reflecting on our most cherished faith and beliefs. She loves to minister in different churches across North America and other countries and bring worship to the ONE and ONLY KING !
